Custom Logo on your Bass Drum

The Groove Warehouse provide a custom logo service for your bass drum skins. Due to the laminating process we use either a Smooth White or Ebony Skin. We can provide skins from Remo or Evans. The skin (drum head) is either provided with or without a precut sound hole (port). So, as you can see there are a few questions we need answered prior to us printing your custom skin. • Our BD Logos are produced by a high quality vinyl decal with a clear coat applied. Our BD skins are not screen printed. 
• Turn around time: 2 weeks from wehn we receive you camera ready artwork. 
• We will NOT be able print your skin if your artwork is not high resolution.

HOW TO SET UP ARTWORK FOR YOUR BASS DRUM SKIN

• Artwork should be set up at 150 resolution and in CMYK color mode
• BLEED: Make your artwork 2" larger than the size of the kickdrum skin you are ordering. For example, an 18" kick drum skin should be set up as a 20" x 20".
• SAFE ZONE: Keep all important logos and text 2" away from the edge of your kick drum skin. Let's use the example of a 18" bass drum skin again. You want to keep all logos and text inside a 16" circle safe area. Only the background should extend to the 20" x 20" art area. The reason we need a safe area is so we do not cut important artwork cut off any side of the final kick drum skin.

The Groove Warehouse can place your organisations logo or emblem on your bass drum. Price is dependent on the size of your logo etc.

To proceed we need:

• Dimensions of your BD skin (if it is an older drum we recommend replacing the skin)
• High Resolution logo (.pdf is best)
• 2 - weeks lead time to prepare your drum
